 With the support of the SSLP, a group of Sixth Form students went on a week-long trip to CERN , the nuclear research centre in Switzerland. There were plenty of revelations: - seeing a replica of the large hadron collider (the real one is off limits)
- the anti-matter detecting satellite
- the giant magnets
